SAFETY AT HOME AND IN THE FIELD
Our core value at Qualus is “Safety First, We All Own It” and the circumstances have not changed that priority, but elevated it. We are ensuring that employees at home and in the field are kept up-to-date on the safety measures needed to stay well. We have procedures in place for employees to monitor their health and practice the recommended actions outlined by the CDC. Additionally we continue the use of prioritized safety standards both on and off the job. We are monitoring our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to maintain the upmost quality service to you, while keeping the well-being of people at the forefront of our commitment.
OPEN COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY
Through constant, well-informed updates, we have continually shared recent developments with our teams and how these changes may affect their procedures. It is equally important to us that we provide employees with necessary resources, equipment and pertinent information so they can keep their families and communities safe.
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
To do our part in flattening the curve, Qualus has activated our remote working policy for all employees by means of prior technological investments, allowing for a smooth transition.
TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES & ACCESSIBILITY
Our team of technology experts is working steadily to keep up with the digital demand through efforts such as calibrating and distributing stock equipment and providing additional communication channels to ensure a seamless transition. Appropriate training has also been provided to employees to assist with any uncertainties during this time.
